To help us deliver the highest quality results and maintain accurate booking times, all vehicles are expected to arrive in a reasonable condition for detailing and protection services. Vehicles with excessive dog hair, sand, red dirt, heavy staining, fitted roof racks, or excessive interior and exterior build-up may require additional labour, specialised cleaning processes, and extended workshop time.

As every vehicle condition varies, additional cleaning charges may apply where excessive contamination or accessories are present. We ask customers to advise us prior to their booking if their vehicle has significant pet hair, sand, mud, red dirt, fitted roof racks, or other heavy soiling so we can allow the appropriate time and provide the best possible outcome for your vehicle.

Pet Hair & Sand Disclaimer
Please Note: Vehicles with excessive pet hair or sand contamination may require additional time and labour, and an additional charge may apply. While professional tools and techniques are used throughout the service, complete removal cannot be guaranteed — hair and sand can become deeply embedded in carpets, upholstery, seat tracks, and vehicle trim.

Our goal is to achieve the best possible result within the time allocated to your service. Chasing every last strand of hair or grain of sand quickly reaches a point of diminishing returns, where the additional time required far outweighs the marginal improvement in result. We focus our efforts where they deliver the most value, so some residual material may remain or reappear after the service is completed.

Roof Rack Disclaimer
Please Note: Vehicles fitted with roof racks or other roof-mounted accessories may have areas that are inaccessible for cleaning. While every effort will be made to clean all reachable surfaces, we cannot guarantee complete coverage of the roof and immediately surrounding areas.

Red Dirt Disclaimer
Please Note: Vehicles with excessive red dirt or iron-rich soil contamination may require additional time and labour. A surcharge will apply to all red dirt vehicles, as the volume of contamination requires more frequent cleaning and maintenance of our drainage systems to meet environmental standards. While every effort will be made to thoroughly clean and decontaminate the vehicle, complete removal of red dirt staining cannot be guaranteed — iron-rich soils can permanently stain or discolour vehicle surfaces and trim. Some residual staining or contamination may remain after the service is completed.
